Donations for Nepal

We are collecting the items of what the people of Nepal need like: clothes, canned goods, sanitary napkins, medicine, blankets.

Please come and drop off your offerings at our center in Tustin between now and Friday May 8th. If you come when the studio is closed just leave everything at the door and we will collect them.

In the past few years I have noticed more and more the emphasis society has on mindfulness and the value of a spiritual journey.
